We hope you will love with your purchase, but we understand that not everything always works out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) then you can return an item to us and we can offer you a refund. Please email us at info@asige.org within 7 days from purchase before initiating returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping.
With the exception of faulty goods, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer

Description

This bag is 100% natural made from straw and plant base dyed. This bag can be used for shopping, going to the beach or official meetings.

Product Treatment: when the bag is been shipped and squeezed, you simply have to sprinkle water on it, then wait for 2 to 3 minutes for it to relax and then straighten it to the original shape.

Product care: You can use this bag wherever you go, it is okay for water to get into it, however, do not put it in water for a long time and do not leave it anyhow, otherwise the colours might wear off.
