David Adugbire
David Adugbire serves as the Programmes Manager at ASIGE, where he leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of the organisation’s social impact initiatives. He holds a degree in Development Studies with a focus on Environmental Resource Management from the University for Development Studies, one of Ghana’s leading institutions in development education.
David oversees a wide range of community based programmes, including vocational skills training, reproductive health education, scholarships, and youth empowerment initiatives. His strategic leadership has helped shape ASIGE’s commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for women, young people, and other underserved groups across the Upper East Region.
Under David’s management, ASIGE’s social programmes have not only expanded in scope but also in depth, reaching more communities and improving lives with measurable impact. His deep understanding of community development and his hands-on approach ensure that every project is responsive to the real needs of those ASIGE serves.
“We’re not just running programmes, we’re building pathways to dignity, opportunity, and self-sufficiency,” says David.
His continuous dedication plays a critical role in ASIGE’s mission to foster sustainable, community led change.
