At ASIGE, we believe in the power of people. Our impact across rural Ghana and now expanded to the UK has been made possible through the dedication of volunteers who give their time, skills, and passion to create real change.
Since 2019, we have partnered with the America Serving Abroad Project (ASAP), bringing volunteers from the U.S. to support our education, health, literacy, and women’s empowerment programmes. Together, we have launched a sustainable sanitary pad centre, produced Stars of Ghana (Vol. 1), and Sunday Wheels for which Sunday Wheels book was the winner of the CNY Writers Award sponsored by Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital (USA).
Whether working on the ground in Ghana or supporting from abroad, volunteers are central to our mission.
