Refund policy

We hope you will love with your purchase, but we understand that not everything always works out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) then you can return an item to us and we can offer you a refund. Please email us at info@asige.org within 14 days from purchase before initiating returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping.

Please note, our products are handmade and may have irregularities and variations of colour and design. These are not flaws, but part of what makes each piece unique. Due to minor differences, actual colours may vary slightly from what appears online.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of upon receipt of your complaint. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

With the exception of faulty goods return delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
