Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping From

All ASIGE products are shipped directly from the United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalising your purchase.

Here are our estimated delivery times:

  • UK Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days (please note that delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services).

Please be aware that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen postal issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

For international orders, please note that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your package reaches your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. ASIGE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at info@asige.org with your order number and details of the issue. We'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
