Scholarship programme

The Upper East Region of Ghana has some of the lowest female education rates and highest youth unemployment levels in the country. Many girls drop out of school due to teenage pregnancy or financial hardship. ASIGE is committed to bridging this gap through fully funded scholarships for bright, underprivileged girls in our operating communities.
Our current scholars are pursuing degrees at:
- Bolgatanga Technical University
- St. John Bosco College of Education
- C.K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences
- Presbyterian Women’s College of Education
We are proud to partner with Washington and Lee University, who have donated laptops to support the academic journey of our scholars. In return, these young women are giving back by mentoring others and leading activities in reproductive health, teaching, sports, and leadership development.
