Gladys Tibmahime Sanlerigba
Gladys Tibmahime Sanlerigba serves as the Accounts Officer at ASIGE, where she manages the organisation’s financial records, invoicing, payment vouchers, and inventory systems. She is a MasterCard Foundation Scholar Alumna through CAMFED Ghana and the first woman in her family to complete tertiary education, a milestone that reflects her determination and commitment to breaking barriers for girls and women in rural communities.
Gladys holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Education from the University of Education, Winneba. Her work ensures that all ASIGE financial operations are transparent, accurate, and aligned with the organisation’s Fair Trade principles especially in guaranteeing that every woman artisan is paid promptly and fairly for her craft.
Driven by a passion for women’s empowerment and social equity, Gladys is committed to using her skills to support the economic independence of ASIGE’s weavers and contribute to broader systems of accountability and impact.
