Simon Adongo Ayimbire is ASIGE’s Finance and Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise in financial management and organisational operations. A key member of the ASIGE team since its inception, Simon has played an instrumental role in the organisation’s strategic growth, helping transform a grassroots initiative into a globally recognised social enterprise. Simon holds a degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Education, Winneba, and is a qualified chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. Prior to joining ASIGE, he served as Finance Manager in a reputable private sector firm, but made a bold decision to transition into the impact sector driven by a deep belief in ASIGE’s mission to empower marginalized communities.

At ASIGE, Simon oversees the day-to-day financial management, operational planning, and project implementation across both the basketry enterprise and social programmes. His leadership ensures the organisation remains financially sustainable and compliant, while scaling its impact with integrity and transparency.
